Russian Preparations for the Next G-20 Summit (Peterson Institute for International Economics)

The Peterson Institute hosted a seminar with Russia's G-20 Sherpa Ksenia Yudaeva and Deputy Minister of Finance Sergei Storchak on April 17, 2013. Russia has chaired the G-20 since December 2012, and it is preparing for the next G-20 summit to be held in St. Petersburg on September 5-6. Yudaeva and Storchak discussed what Russia hopes to accomplish as chair of the G-20, which questions the G-20 will focus on, and what the possibilities for success are in these policy areas.
