Complex way for civilization (Marco Emanuele)
Who feels war, who identifies Islam as the enemy of the West is part of a system that wants to grow the feeling of fear that, today, seems to dominate in our "developed" societies.
We propose to shift attention to the serious study of the evolution of societies; our proposal is to rethink the reality with the "complex eye" of the philosophy of the human project.
Our "linear eye", if we think of the French events, has two limitations: the first is the superficiality and simplification (in many cases we analyze the causes of a fact without contextualize in the complex reality) and the second, determined by fear, is our desire to have someone to fight, as if the democracy that we have won must be defended and brought into the world with the power of a good fundamentalism able to defeat a bad ones.
What we have to study very carefully is the evolution of the systems, their transitions, their strategic maturation in relation to the general issues of human coexistence. And we must distinguish the level of mediation and political decision with that of dialogue, integration, awareness of the natural hybridization of our identity.
As we see, the work is more than just a great tweet or a "I like" on Facebook.
